Vivid LED("본 앱")는 사용자의 스마트폰을 LED 응원 보드처럼 사용할 수 있게 해주는 모바일 애플리케이션입니다. 본 정책은 본 앱이 어떤 정보를 수집하는지, 어떻게 사용하는지, 그리고 사용자의 권리에 대해 설명합니다.
본 앱은 사용자의 어떠한 개인정보도 직접 수집하지 않습니다. 사용자가 입력한 텍스트(응원 문구), 색상, 폰트, 효과 등의 설정은 모두 사용자 기기 내부 저장소(AsyncStorage)에만 저장되며, 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
본 앱은 무료로 제공하기 위해 Google AdMob 배너 광고를 표시합니다. AdMob은 광고 송출을 위해 다음과 같은 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다.
· 기기 식별자(IDFA / AAID 등) — iOS 14.5 이상에서는 사용자가 추적을 허용한 경우에만 수집되며, 본 앱은 추적 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.
· 대략적인 위치(IP 기반 국가/지역 수준)
· 기기 정보(모델, OS 버전, 화면 크기 등)
· 광고 노출 및 클릭 이벤트

앱 내부에 저장된 모든 설정은 사용자가 앱을 삭제하면 함께 제거됩니다. 별도의 계정 시스템이 없으므로 서버에 보관되는 데이터가 존재하지 않습니다.
본 앱은 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 의도적으로 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. AdMob 광고는 일반 등급(General audiences) 수준으로 제한 송출됩니다.
본 앱은 개인정보를 수집하지 않으므로 별도의 열람/수정/삭제 요청 절차가 필요하지 않습니다. AdMob 관련 데이터에 대한 권리 행사는 Google의 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 이행됩니다.

Vivid LED ("the App") is a mobile application that turns your smartphone into an LED cheering board. This policy describes what information the App collects, how it is used, and your rights.
The App itself does not collect any personal information. All settings (text, color, font, effect) you enter are stored locally on your device (AsyncStorage) and are never transmitted to any external server.
To keep the App free, we display Google AdMob banner ads. AdMob may collect:
· Device identifiers (IDFA / AAID) — on iOS 14.5+, only if you grant tracking permission. The App does not request such permission.
· Approximate location (IP-based country/region)
· Device information (model, OS version, screen size)
· Ad impression and click events
The App is configured to request non-personalized ads only, so ads are not personalized based on your past behavior or interests. See AdMob's data practices:

All locally stored settings are removed when you uninstall the App. There is no account system, so no data is retained on any server.
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. AdMob ads served are limited to general audiences.
